Z axis misalign/ PINDA probe misses mark during XYZ cal

Been over the forums and have seen similar problems but not the same thing.

My print bed support frame was backwards which was causing all sorts of issues. However, I was able to print pretty well for a time, until screws started shaking loose. I corrected that problem.

Tried to recalibrate the printer. First time through, it couldn't reach the front left cal point. I don't know why this was suddenly an issue, I didn't do any frame adjustment, but whatever, easy fix.

Next time through I make it through the first three detailed calibration points. As it goes to point 4 it drives my nozzle into the bed and errors.

Looked at everything in detail, looks like my Z axis is misaligned (right side higher). No big deal, fix that during the next XYZ autocal run. Same exact issue. But this time I also noticed that as it's searching for that cal point, it's very far forward, which I would bet is causing it to completely miss.

So I have two issues at this point and I'm not sure how related they are:
1) my Z axis seems to be misaligning during XYZ cal
2) the calibration does not seem to be getting close enough to the required point for the middle right position when it begins that test

So far I've checked to see if I have a binding issue on one side. I've moved the Z axis at nearly full span (not quite to the top) repeatedly and checked it for mismatch. No joy. No idea what to do about the probe.

Any and all advice welcome!
