Z axis chatter

I am getting a bunch of chattering when doing short Z axis moves. More correct, short X/Y moves that require Z lifts. IT appears to me that the Z axis bushing at the top of the frame is rubbing slightly on the lead screws, creating the slight vibration. The lead screws appear to be ever so slightly not parallel to the rails. I have checked the machine, and we are 100% square even at the top of the Z axis, so I am not sure I want to shim or adjust much!

HAs anyone else had this same situation? Anyone opened the holes up on the top Z supports so that the lead screw does not rub? Any negatives or reason to NOT open the holes up? It does not appear to be anything outside of just a general support, but the rubbing is making the machine very loud while 90% of the time it is tolerable.

Re: Z axis chatter

nevermind! I found the issue with a better search. Adjusted the trapezoidal bearings and chatter gone.
