Y-Axis shifts multiple times during print
I have had two issues with my MK2 shifting the Y axis mid print and ruining the print pretty badly. Ive attached a picture of a print that shifted 3 times during a print. you can see where it shifted. Its only happened one other time out of probably 15 prints on the machine so far. What could be causing this?

I had a similar problem and I found the screws holding the Belt holder to the bed had come loose. I tightened them and then Printed fine. after about a3 weeks I had the same problem. I purchase a small tube of Blue Threadlocker and spread some on the first 4 threads of the screw. So far so good.
