Y axis endstop hard to reach

Hi all!

A week from now my mk2 started to fail the autocalibration before each print. It seems that the Y axis at the very near point before reaching the endstop gets too hard to move the bed.

I started to have this issue after replace the original bearings to the drylin ones...

First, I though that it was due to the old dry oil in the rods, but I cleaned them and it kept doing the same. It cannot reach the endstop without my help.

I've checked also:
Belt tension trying to reduce it and increase it...
Alignment of the motor gear with the belt...
Alignment of rods (same distance between them aprox 163mm)
There is anything that could block the way of the bed (ties, cables etc...)

Please check the video:

Thank you all!

Re: Y axis endstop hard to reach

The extra bit of belt that sticks out from the holder under the bed might interfere with the pulley
