Why is the Simplify3D Prusa profile not working?
Hi everyone,
I've used Josef's Simplify3D profile "Original Prusa i3 MK2 RC4.fff" to make a print in Simplify3D with my Prusa i3 MK2S, and I got the following pasta:
This didn't happen when I used the default profile that came with Simplify3D, or when using Cura or Slic3r.
Any idea what went wrong and how I can fix it?

no problem here with the ...RC4.fff.
looking at your print, I guess the problem is not the slicer. print something from the sd-card that came with the printer.
btw.: only use the s3d version that you can download at the simplify3d website at your account there. I know that there are other versions downloadable elswhere (which connect to an ip address in china at each start), but nobody will guarantee you a proper functionality of these versions.
if you want to test proper s3d sliced object to print at your printer, check out my gcodes attached at the hollow draudi and the treefrog thread.
while the treefrog has been sliced with the settings from philipp.m.
the little calibration surface at my thread about finding the correct live Z adjustment is sliced with the ...RC4.ff profile.
