where do I post a problem?
Hi
We have problems getting the MkII upg. to work. The heat bed is bended and the extruder case is broken. The upg. is one of the early upgrades, but we have first installed it now.

Hi,
if some parts you received are broken, the best thing to do will be to contact the support via the chat box on the shop page (The orange tab, on the right below side).
But how is it possible to wait so much time ?

The upgrade was discounted for us because it came out shortly after we bought the kit. We have been too occupied to upgrade it.
