Warping with PLA
Hello,
I'm a proud owner of a MK2 printer. I'm very happy but I have a warping problem. Most of the time it's not an issue but today I lost 600 gr of filament because 2 parts can't join themselves.
I use Slic3r Prusa Edition with default 0.2 mm PLA profile. My filament is PLA from Prusa shop. My model have brim (it's build in so I'm not using Slic3r brim). I clean my bed with 99.9 IPA before each print. I have try to lower my Z-level but I think I'm already at the limit (I have already a small elephant's foot effect)
It always start ok but after 3 or 4 hours it's begin to warp (including the brim if any). At the end I have a gap of 1 or maybe 2 mm all around the model. If the model print fast enough (no more than 3 hours) it's not warping.
Can you please help me find a solution ?

I had a similar issue, after the first layer I turned up the bed temp to a max of 65(don't turn it any higher as PLA won't like it) and I turned the HotEnd down to 208(for Prusa Filament). Stopped all my issues with the corners coming off.

that sounds like a large model.
what bed temperature are you using?
I generally use 60degrees C and 65 for larger models...

I'm Having the same exact issue
same PLA as well, whether it's a large print or a small print. Starts out fine, but after a certain amount of time it starts warping along the edges. i haven't had this issue with any other PLA. For the last 5 or 6 prints i only used prusa PLA so will try again with a different PLA to test, maybe i changed something in the settings which affected it

I have try to set the bed to 65 for my last big print and it went fine. I currently try a second one with same settings.
