Yep, that is what I'm getting at. The spool holders that came with mine had triangular infill, which suggests they might have been sliced using Simplify3D (as IIRC Slic3r doesn't have triangular infill yet, but S3D does). Now it might be desirable to print replacement parts with the same traits as the ones Prusa Research prints.
Like the sample g-codes included on the SD card, G-codes made for the i3 Mk2 of the printable parts should produce essentially the same results across most if not all standard i3 Mk2 printers.

I would suggest adding $1 heat sink to the mosfet Q5 to put on the list of upgraded parts.

Have to say that I don't see the need for this. Looking at the specs of the mosfet, there is likely to be in the order of (max - assuming device is always on) 1.5W heat dissipated across the device which has the capability to dissipate 117W. The mosfet is driven via a PWM output; either fully on or fully off. In that circumstance an "ideal" component would not heat up at all. The mosfet is not ideal and has a max drain/source resistance of 10mΩ
To my mind, adding something else to a box which is already constricted with wires and connectors will further prevent airflow and potentially increase the heat around the electronic components.

There are some occasions where a heat sink is absolutely necessary for components to perform properly (I have them on the stepper drivers on a Melzi board - Chinese clone) but having owned an original for over a year running in temperatures from 16 to 35 degrees, it really is not required on the RAMBo.

Is there a particular reason, you chose to use the RJ4JP-01-08 bearings as opposed to the RJZM-01-08s, which are enclosed in an anodized aluminum adapter, to provide the proper tolerance? It's my understanding, the the RJ4JP-01-08 bearing don't achieve proper tolerance, unless they are press fit into an appropriate housing.
