Uneven bed

Hello this is my first post here.
I have looked and I see that there are quite a lot of post on the bed being uneven from right to left, or right to left. I have been fighting this for so while now and it seams to have just appeared out of no where.
OK so I was trying to adjust the lead screw on the left side. But it seams that when I do adjust the lead screw once it comes back to do calibration it fixes whatever adjustment I just made. This leads me to believe that the calibration inserts have moved since I have owned the bed. I have found a way around this .
If you make your adjustment after bed mesh leveling
(Mine is 2 clicks down left side ) and after the print return the lead screw 2 clicks up . It will print level (almost) .

Re: Uneven bed

Did you try the new 3.0.5RC firmware ?
in this firmware is a check to see how perpendicular your XY adjustment is.
I saw my bed going a bit tilted, this was because i had put (too much) strain on one of the 10mm rods.
I loosened everything, still my rods have a difference of 2 mm, the controller is a bit crooked, but XY adjustment is perpendicular.
No Skew. while the rods are not straight in front and back.

I saw that the new firmware from 3.0.4. have great improvements to automatically find the calibration points in the bed.
It helped me enormously, hopefully it can help you too.

Kind regards,
Dimitri

Yes I'm running the new firmware even though my frame doesn't need it . My pinda probesity was inside the circles. Never less I am using the latest firmware.
I am now printing that dragon on the SD card aND since I have learned to adjust the Lead screw manually after bed mesh leveling I have ever finally after 2 weeks got this model to print.

Hey James, I'm having exactly the same issue on a new Prusa MK2S kit. It's been screwing up my prints and is becoming really frustrating.

Did you ever get a resolution?

One thing I've noticed is that when I run the X-axis all the way to the top of the Z-axis, the left side doesn't go all the way flush with the top while the right does. There doesn't seem to be any way to screw it higher.. but for sure screwing the Z-axis down on the left side by a notch fixes the issue (after the initial calibration at the beginning of a print).
