Unable to connect to printer for Firmware Upgrade
I have a Prusai3 MK2. I am running Mac OS. I have been unable to get the firmware updater to connect to the printer. It does not show up in the serial port drop down box. I have tried Pronterface and I don't see it there either. My USB ports work on my Mac, I even tried another Mac, and Tried booting Win 10 (I have win 10 dual boot on my Mac) all to no avail. I tried resetting the printer, still could not see the printer. I am plugged in with the USB B cable that came with the printer.

mine didn't connect to Win10 first time... then later it did connect... I don't recall changing anything.
have you tried leaving the usb connected and re booting the MAC?
the printer might appear when the computer comes back to life!
I know next to naff all about Macintosh, but a surprising number of problems dissapear with a simple reboot!
