Troubleshooting stringing artifacts in a specific model

I am 100+ hours deep into printing parts for the MPCNC project and everything has been working great up until one specific part ("C-XYZ.stl") where I'm seeing a lot of stringing inside two holes in the part. First, a picture for reference:

Note the two holes of the bottom part. The part was sliced with Simplify3D using the profiles provided here in the forum and printed on Atomic Filament PLA. The profile is bone-stock apart from changing to .1mm layer height and 55% infill (high resolution because I can, higher infill at the direction of the creator of this model). After printing a pair of these parts and seeing the same artifact on both parts, I attempted printing the same part except this time sliced with the latest Windows release of Silc3r Prusa Edition. Once again, stock PLA defaults @ .1mm and 55% infill. The results were the exact same: every part of the print is flawless except these two damn holes.

Manual investigation of the toolpaths from both S3D and Slic3r show no retracts or any other tool path crossing the interior of those two holes:

For my next test I cut out one of the holes from the model to print on it's own to see if I could re-create the behavior without kicking off a 10-hour print. Apart from having the rest of the model cut out from around it, the STL is otherwise untouched from the larger model. I sliced with S3D using the same settings as above and the result is the top part seen at the beginning of this post: perfect print, just as I'd expect. So, this feature when printed with the same filament and the same settings with the same slicer on the same printer yields results different than the entire model printed together.

Maybe look into the settings for avoid crossing open spaces etc. I think on the right most tab in S3D.

That part I already did, set "avoid crossing outline for travel movements" and set the factor to 100 with no result. After manually reviewing the toolpaths, I don't see that it was crossing that outline before making that change anyway (which is why I hadn't mentioned it).

I am currently starting up another print using "Outside-In" outlines to see if that makes a difference.

RESOLVED! I got a suggestion from a fella at Atomic Filament to change the Outline Direction to "outside-in" in S3D and that appears to have resolved the issue. The part completed printing with everything looking perfect. Now to finish off these parts, thanks everyone!
