Re: Trouble with PLA adherence
How are your test squares turning out from the live z adjustment? They should be smooth and when you hold them up to the light, there should be no holes. Is your bed cleaned with high % ipa? I am a real begginer but my pla gets really stuck on the bed.
Re: Trouble with PLA adherence
I clean with 50% alcohol after almost every print.

Try to get some 99% IPA or Aceton to clean with.
Also, make sure that your Live Z is squeezed down properly as Ray says. https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/prusa-i3-kit-building-calibrating-first-print-main-f6/life-adjust-z-my-way-t2981.html#p45296

Re: Trouble with PLA adherence
I keep trying to print that and it will print twice, then give me a Z adjustment error.
Re: Trouble with PLA adherence
What is your print orientation on the bed?
Best would be to post a screen shot of the slic3r 3D preview
