Tree frog print gone horribly wrong!
I've been trying to get the tree frog that comes on the Prusa SD card to print. I was having trouble getting a good first layer so I put down a little glue and that fixed it right up.
Unfortunately, it didn't stay that way. Now I have one freaky looking frog-like thing. I'm guessing that maybe the nozzle was too close? Or could it be something else?

Is your cooling fan (front one) working? It should start cooling the print at second layer.
You can test it by manually setting it to 255 by menu command when the printer is idle.

No cooling fan, or/and maybe skipping extruder? The frog looks awesome though! 😀

They lost his pattern signature in the phasic buffers due to a breakdown in the Heisenberg Compensator.
Anyway, I tried turning on the fan via settings and sure enough even when cranked all the way to 255 I got no response. When I get time later I'll crack open the electronics and see what's going on there. That also explains why the bridging on the whistle I printed was bad.

What exactly do you mean by "skipping extruder"? Like it's bumping something and missing extrusion points?

You have most likely connected it with wrong polarity. Check wires colors at connector side and compare with assembly manual.

I woke up this morning and found a frog in my basement! 😮
Some stringing here, maybe a lower temp would help that? Otherwise, I'd say it turned out great! Amazing how much the fan helps!

Regarding that stringing - try a bit lower temperature. If you printed at 215, try 210.

I had similar looking prints. Due to my certainty the fan was working, I kept forgetting to just look at the damn thing while it was printing. It wasn't getting turned on! First I checked if it was plugged in, yes, then put a battery on it with the connector out of electronics box, it turned on???? I tried another print, and it wasn't coming on. I had looked at settings:temperature which has sub-items nozzle, bed, and fan. I think they're all 0, at least when no print is going. It was at 0 while the print was going, I set it to 100 and the fan came on. Now printing a Benchy, it looks fantastic 2/3 of the way through. I don't remember touching this setting, can't think of a reason why I would, but I wouldn't bet my life that I didn't. Regardless, if that is set to zero at some point, will that then be the default for subsequent prints? If that's true, that is what has been the cause of the majority of the problems I've had. It will take a number of prints to know for sure, but this looks like a good bet.

Since the fan gets turned off/on during prints via gcode, I'd imagine that that would override any custom settings unless you fine tune it after the print starts.
Of course, it's possible the firmware has code to make this otherwise. If that's the case, curious why it would want to do that.

Problem was the fan. I could have sworn I had it plugged in the right away; I'm pretty careful about that kind of stuff. Maybe it was loose or something. Oh well; working now!

It looks like the inverted Pig from the Movie Galaxy Quest 😀 What material did you print it with, if ABS, you can probably save the failed print to make some ABS Juice. Or simply keep it as a reminder to "Check, Check & Re-Check all Connections" 😉
