To much material - moraine effect

Hey,
I would like to ask if anyone may have encountered the following problem. When printing a small and precise part (worm gear M0.5 12x6mm) I observe the effect I have called "moraine effect". It depends on the fact that in my opinion too much material flows out of the nozzle, which is pushed through the nozzle to the sides. As a result, there appear upward edges that extend beyond the outline of the printed part, and in my case make the print completely useless. I see similar effects for different thicknesses, but these parts, due to the dimensions, I have to print with layers at most 0.1mm
Slc3r has a parameter limiting the amount of flowing material (volumetric speed), but I have no idea how to calculate it. For me, I would use the parameter specified in % of the original amount of flowing material.

While I have no opinion regarding the cause, if you want to reduce the flow, just change the Extrusion multiplier on the Filament page in Slic3r to something less than 1. Try .9
