Thermal Runaway
I am having an issue with Thermal Runaway and I think I have figured out the problem but don't know how to solve this issue. When ever the Radial Print Fan turns on, it only blows on full blast and then it directly hits the end of the extruder causing a thermal runaway error. I have tried to modify the settings in Slic3r, but when I do that, the print never turns on during the print cause the end result of the print to be bad in quality. If anyone can please help me solve this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure this is a thermal runaway at the nozzle?
I would rather think that this may be about the bed not holding its temp.
Either you are printing something small with the fan at full blast directly over the thermistor
or the thermistor maybe came loose beneath the bed.

I'm pretty sure that it is the extruder nozzle getting colder which is causing the Thermal Runaway because I was watching the main screen on the printer and I saw the heat of the extruder slowly drop and then at about 10 or 15 degrees C lower than the necessary temperature it gives me the Thermal Runaway Error. I should add that the print Blower fan on the front is a 3rd party fan because the fan that came with the printer broke. what value do you try to set the fan for?
50% should be ok,
below say 10% the fan may not run. at the moment my fan on a mk3 is running at 10 on a scale of 0 to 255, on the LCD Display and it is actually running... that would be something like 4%, if the scale is linear...
try turning the fan down on the tune menu, rather than in software.
this may help you work out a maximum speed where your fan does not over power the heater

I tested the printer by only changing the fan speed in the tune menu, rather than in the software.
The results were that the print fan would only turn on if I set the fan to full speed at 255. If it was any lower than that, the print fan would not turn on. I think the issue may be that the amperage for the replacement print fan is 0.23-0.35A fan, when I think the print fan that ships with the printer requires less amperage. Could that be the problem as to why this fan only runs on 255 in the tune menu?

if you have replaced the fan, the one you have chosen may not be able to sustain PWM speed control

So then I would need to buy a new fan?? I don't mind that, I just need to know which fan I should buy, because I am not sure which one to buy.
