Thermal runaway
As the subjects stands - My 1 month old printer has a problem. I checked stuff from this site:

Everything seems to be in order but as I try to preheat the extruder temp. value on the screen doesn't change even tho I can feel it gets hot. Does it mean termistor is broken and I need a new one? :<

Does the extruder temperature constantly read 21 degrees? WHen you turn the extruder on, does the extruder fan start?
Did the temperature suddenly drop when printing that part?
You need to check a few things:
1. The thermistor connector on the RAMBo
2. If you have the cartridge type thermistor, check the black plug/socket connector at the back of the extruder
3. Test the resistance of the thermistor with a multimeter (at the RAMBo connector) - it should be 200KOhms at 25 degrees, higher for lower temps.

Okay so black connector on the back of the extruder has a cable sticking out so... looks like I need a new thermistor afterall :P. Strange, I grabbed everything with zipties.

I can see there's some stuff inside of termistor socket and I can't simply get it out. How do I replace it?

The thermistor is held in the heater block with a screw from the underside.
If you have a cable loose in the connector, you should be able to repair that without removing the thermistor. Do you have a soldering iron and some heat shrink? If so, you can simply cut out the connector and solder the two pairs of wires.
