Sudden Alignment Issues

Hello all,

I bought my printer soon after they were made available, and had success until about september. With the new calibration protocol, however, I am having issues with the XYZ Calibration. I have adjusted my Y axis threaded rods several times, using a set of calipers to ensure the spacing between the orange y axis support and the metal carriage is as close to 100 mm as possible. However, I am getting the "front calibration points not reachable" error. I think my pinda probe is properly adjust since it goes through the first set of 4 points and second set of 9 steps. Any insight is appreciated.

Re: Sudden Alignment Issues

This message tells you, that when the print bed is at the Y end stop, the PINDA probe does not reach the centers of the front calibration points of the print bed. The solution is to move the Y end stop switch slightly away from you, or achieve the same effects by tinkering with the Y frame.

Re: Sudden Alignment Issues

i.e., try 101mm instead of 100mm
