Simplify3d and octoprint... (including terminal cut and paste)
I have an issue usgin s3d and octo print, it works with slic3r.
I heats upp the bed fine but when it heats the hotend i get this code from terminal.
You can see everything is fine until the hotend starts heating, then it only recives a "?" and then when it reaches them it send a few lines about first layer temps the the heater turns off.

Your GCode should contain the actual temperatures and not the parameter text.
When creating the GCode, the parameter text should be replaces with the temps you choose. I think you need to speak with S3d (this is nothing to do with OctoPrint) about the problem.
