Re printing 3d printed parts on mk2 material options

Hi i was wondering if anyone could give me any advice on re-printing the printed parts on my mk2. Is there any other materials that can be used other than ABS that will be able to take the heat and provide enough strength to replace the parts on the printer. Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks

As long as you anneal the Raptor PLA, it has heat resistance similar to ABS. It is what I used to re-print the MK2 parts.

All the replacement parts I have printed have been with PLA (and no treatments...); that includes a fan housing for the Mk1 which is a couple of millimetres away from the heater block.

0.2mm layers, 16 to 25% infill.
