Josef -- as a new customer, still building my MK2, I'm very impressed you posted the links. This shows you are will to stand behind your product and your Company. It increases my comfort with my purchase of the Original Prusa i3 MK2!

😮 theres some language on that Rediit. Blimey. I was annoyed with my printer but jess he is one unhappy chappy. Luckily he got his money back and can now buy a much better printer for the same price 🙄

Yeah, it's bad and I admit I've added my fair share... I'm sick of his ranting and insulting myself and others just because of his paranoid delusions! He really comes over as if he has a Mental Health Problem and I know it's best that he be ignored so he can move on but even I've got my limits! Also I hate seeing him degrading Prusa when they've been nothing but truly helpful to me!

From now on I will just ignore him as it's up to him to realise he has a problem and to get help... 🙁

Just a point. We are all different and have life issues. I suffer from rapid cycling depression. One day up, another day down. Jeff.w3 obviously has issues. Real life can throw a spanner in the works sometimes. Its just the internet and exposes a lot of people who maybe have had a bad time.
No excuse I guess, but it is the new life exposed on the internet.

jeff.w3 did win I guess in his world view. As I understand it he got a refund. From whom?

Absolutely correct; those of us with issues can behave differently when stressed and becoming stressed can be a very easy thing to happen.

But as we know, any problem must first be accepted before it can be controlled.

Jeff purchased his printer from a retailer in Canada (filaments.ca, I believe). It would be them who are responsible for his printer and any refund.

Peter, I agree with your post above. . We are however only human in the scale of things. A poor top of the food chain. You must have missed my post in the original thread!

Peter, You sir want to comment and post on nearly everything here why? Is it your need? Your issue? Your ..............? Your need to dominate? You post more comments than many others here, why? See what I mean. We all have issues. We are only human. Questions need answers, some need to always show !
