Prints aren't turning out to be that great in spots

Why aren't all the areas being completely filled in?? These area's are only the starting of the prints too. The rest of the print looks whole and great!

I'm using a .3mm stainless steel nozzle, these prints had 25% infill with inside being honeycomb and outside being concentric.

try to increase the outline overlap and reduce printing speed.
have a look here
in slic3r you'll find this setting at <print settings> -> <advanced> -> <overlap>.

furthermore i would recommend to reduce the infill threshold area (set it to 0) or when using simplify 3d the minimal infill length.

dem inscheniör is' nix zu schwör...
