printing problem at 0.1mm PLA
hello to everyone, any advice?
PLA 0.10mm Detail - Slic3r Prusa default setting.
I tried to increase or decrease the temperature of the nozzle, steps from 195 to 215, slow the printing speed, change slicer from Slic3r in S3D ... same result

I am no expert,
This looks like stringing, Possibly due to retraction issues.
could you try changing the retraction distance.
I believe the standard is 0.8mm
I use 2.0mm.
some people warn that large retraction distances can clog your extruder...
I use simplify3d and don't suffer from clogged extruder issues...
I suspect that your slicer is set up for perimeters to print from inside to outside, could you try printing from outside to inside?

This is a continuous perimeter, I thought that the retraction issue happen when moving from one point to another of the object when the extruder is not active. I'll try your advice, thanks

if you look at the model in the pronterface preview window, it will show the printhead moves and confirm whether it has been sliced as a continuous line or segments...
If it was continuous, I wouldn't expect to see all of those hairs...
but as I said, I am no expert...

Quite challenging print.
Blue one is printed single on bed (print time 1h10m), white ones are printed two at once (print time 1h30m, gcode attached). Still a bit hairy, but quite good. It is definitely problem of temperature and cooling. I would try hotend a bit more cooler, by about 5-10 degrees.

Your prints are very good, with some finishing will be perfect, I will try your gcode. I have my Mk2 since about a month, maybe my kit is not assembled perfectly, it may depend on that? The internal finish and the top level of your prints are better than mine, is your Mk2 standard or you made some improvements?

There are some improvements but they only make assembly and calibration easier. Look at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1692666 if you're interested.
If you want to know that your printer is assembled and calibrated well, try to print one of test gcodes provided with printer and post images of the result here. Try vase or Adalinda.
Regarding your problem, I don't think it is problem of assembly or calibration. Stringing is usually problem of temperatures, cooling and retraction. In this case, we can safely exclude retraction since the problem occurs at continuously printed perimeter. Focus on temperature and cooling. Every filament needs different settings. Experiment with temperatures, don't be afraid to go lower. Manufacturing tolerances of electronic parts including thermistor are 5-10%, it is possible that your thermistor says lower temperature than it really is. If you print PLA at 210, try 200 or even 190.

All settings are included in gcode, look at the end of file using Notepad or other text editor.

I finally got to test your gcode. Printing is improved but unfortunately not as yours. Starting from 60% of the print I have lowered the temperature of the nozzle at 190 °, but no improvements

Well, I'm almost out of ideas. I would try to set the hotend to even less temperature (180) and slow down cooling fan to 30-40% (by 20% steps).
Could you try to print one of test prints provided by PR using this filament? Try Vase or Adalinda. You donť have to print whole object, about 40mm of height will be enough.

Maybe it is a little bit curling at the outer edges, low layer heights tend to curl much more. Then the nozzle runs into too much material and gives strings. How about lower the extrusion multipler a bit?
Is your Nozzle worn out? Or the Extruder not complete straight so that your Nozzle is a bit slanted?

Does the same problem exist if you try to print the same object mirrored by X axis? The thread on the object should then be right, not left. Slic3r runs the loops in positive orientation, it means anti-clockwise when looking from top. If my assumption is right, the problem should (almost) disappear on mirrored object, because teeth of the thread will be printed on solid surface first, not in the air first.
