Printing a replacement extruder body

Hello,

I've had an issue with the PINDA probe, meaning the holder broke. So I decided to glue it and then print a replacement extruder body.
(I also eventually destroyed my PINDA probe trying to remove the Loctite 243 glue - not doing that ever again)

The first attempt I made was with S3D, I increased infill to 30% in an attempt to make a stronger part. It printed mostly OK however the overhangs dripped a lot(I am using Prusa Safety Orange ABS - I snagged 2 of them when they were still shipping). Contacted support, said I should use Slic3r, default settings.

Using Slic3r I got slightly better results but the overhangs still ruined a bit the print, in particular the cursed PINDA holder did not fit properly the top screw because of the dripping. I tried to clean it up as best I could and it's now mounted on my printer but I am not happy with it - it's not level!
Ah, also one of the corners warped worse than with S3D but the part still works.

Bottom line: did you guys print with ABS the extruder body? Did you maybe lower the temp or use supports? Any hint would help.
