Printer random y axis travel during print please help

Hello everyone, i would like to start with i have had my prusa I3 MK2s for a month now.
assembled my self and have had great prints for about 3 weeks.
than all of a sudden on any print since my y axis travels all the way to the front then the back of y axis several times then goes back to printing.
printer does not do this at same percentage complete even on same print repeated seems random.

i have tried many prints from multiple memory cards.
removed and reconnected all wiring.
reran calibration every thing comes out fine.

please im not sure what could be the problem.
thank you, any advice would be appreciated.

Wow that's weird! Do you have the same issue with the gcode provided with the printer?

Which is your firmwares version?
Have you tried a full reset and flash again the firmware?

That is a wild video. Very strange. Since it is doing it after a factory reset, and with supplied .gcode, it must be a hardware issue (RAMBO) If you have checked all connectors, I would contact PRUSA.

Any advices given are offered in good faith. It is your responsibility to ensure that by following my advice you do not suffer or cause injury, damage or loss. If you solve your problem, please post the solution…
