Contact PR - use the Live Chat on shop pages. Given them a link to this thread and request that they send you a replacement part first thing on Monday.

You should receive it withing 3 days.

Ok, ruling out you maybe having a 2nd printer, you mind if I reach out in the FB user group and the Google hangout to see if someone is close? I'm not sure if it needs to be ABS but the file is available for printing. All I have here is PLA plus, I'm not beyond printing you one up and sending it as its structurally better than regular PLA and Ive used it for mechanical parts of my own until PR can get you one.

If you do have a printer already, the part is in the driver package files and also on the support website.

As Peter mentioned, contact them through chat right away. I'm hoping they do drop one out quickly, let us know.

No I don't mind at all. If I can find the file I will try to find a somewhere around here to print it up for me as well.

Yeah, there's no harm in having a second option.

That part will be fine printed with PLA, but I would tend to print with 0.5mm width, 0.2mm layer height and 33% infill.

Unfortunately, being in Europe I can't help with the printing...

Also is that supposed to be a solid belt, or does it tie into that piece with 2 ends?

Thanks all for the help. 🙂

I believe it's the "y-belt holder" STL.

I rar'd the files from the support site for you in case you had trouble finding them.

Each end of the belt locks into that part. The build manual linked on the main part of the forum here will show you how to install it.

Re: Printer broke during shipping

The best thing is to have a parted printed as it sounds like your current action plan, but gorilla glue on the part with clamps and aluminum tape is sometimes faster in getting the things working enough to reprint the part that broke.

Also, check this out on using zip ties to keep tension on the belt if you attempt to make a temp solution in order to print the replacement part.

Our local library has a 3D printer that is open to the public, maybe there is library in your area that has one.

Best of luck, if you run into any delays getting the part printed update this thread, I am in FL and can print the part for you at no cost.
