Print suddenly offset in x/y midway through print
So I was in the middle of printing out a model I made it a little over halfway through the print and 10 hours in the printer suddenly shifted to the right and down. 
. If it was just one axis and a little bit off I would think it was a belt that slipped but it was both the x and y. The other odd issue I've seen and maybe it is related is that all the prints that I slice with slic3r don't seem to center the object, they are all a bit down and to the left of the center (kinda like it thinks the bed is 200x200). The rest of the print up to this point was turning out really nice tho. I used slic3r default 0.2 with esun petg and printed from the sdcard. I used firmware 3.0.8 . It seems that on these longer prints something always seems to go wrong, the shorter prints (less than 5 hours) have all worked out well. Perhaps this is a firmware issue? Would I get better result using a raspberry pi and octoprint?

kinda like it thinks the bed is 200x200
Seems to indicate that you are using the Slic3r default profile instead of the Mk2 profile.
Regarding layer shifts, do a quick forum search; there are a few solutions already posted.

I'll take a look at the profile I was using when I get home, maybe it is defaulting to the non-mk2 version. Originally I wasn't sure on what to search for the layer shift issue and didn't see any threads with this issue. Searching layer shift I found one thread http://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk2-f23/catastrophic-failures-printing-adalinda-t1900-s10.html which the pinda probe protector was mentioned. I'll give that a shot. I'm guess that the support material bumped the probe causing these issues. Maybe I'll try printing without the supports and see what happens as well. Is there anything else I can do besides the pinda protector and making sure it is high enough to prevent the layer shift?
