Print issues with round objects ?Help?

Hello,

Hope its the right forum for this. I have an major issue with my printer.
Last week it printed totally fine but several days later it makes really strange things.
I purchased a fully pre assembled printer and it shows the same issue like the other printer I had replaced.

Had someone else had the same problem like I do?

I used the exact same Gcode as last week and its also the same Spool with Material (PLA).
Settings provided by the Prusa Slic3r Edition. Standard 0.15 Option.
Same gcode but different result.

I also noticed that the printer is now much louder:

Hope anyone can help me with it.

Wow thats a strane error. My best guess would be the extruder. Check if the hobbed bolt is clean, maybe reduce the retract a bit, maybe while printing the small perimeters the flow is not getting to go fast enough? Any other changes? Ambient temp?

The Hobbed bolt is completly clean.
Also tried to set up the flow higher and lower and also tested it by do it with drastic numbers but nothing helpt.
The ambient temp is almost the same. its around 23° Celcius the whole time near to a radiator. Same position. Did not moved it a cm between first and second print which are in the pictures.

Will try to check the tension on the X and Y axis.

Thx for the help so far 🙂
