Re: Print bed ruined by printing ASA-X
Hi Guys,
I print really big parts out of rigid.ink ASA. I used the normal setting in slicR, nozzle 255 down to 250 after first layer, bed 105 to 100, no fan (just for bridges). I print with enclosure. It is really important to get a 100% perfect first layer to prevent warping, gluestick helps too.
ASA warps like ABS, thats the only issue. Other than that the rigid.ink ASA works perfect! And i never had problems releasing from build plate.

Asa
I have been printing wis ridged ink asa and get great results with abs settings tweaked to hot end 248 bed 105 fan 20% with glue stick with enclosure. Good adhesions no warping good layer strength and sands like a dream I use white and spray for models. I primarily use it because it's easier than abs and can be sanded easily to a perfect surface unlike pla which is horrible to finish.
