So I am wondering, is the payment taken from paypal or your credit card once the printer or item is shipped ?
Seems like an awfully long time (10-11 weeks) for a payment to be outstanding.

It is deducted when you purchase.
I ordered my Multi Material Upgrade 9/28/16 and have been patiently waiting. Normally, I wouldn't purchase something and wait so long before asking for a refund but I had previous experience with Prusa so the decision was easy.
