Nozzle tip hurts the bed during XYZ calibration

Hi,

-After getting recently very bad results ( PLA ) and no possibilty to get better ones when changing the Z adjustment , I decided to change both Ptfe tube, the nozzle tip ( 0,4 mm) and the fan ( a blade was damaged ). I did the final thightening of the tip at 240°. The support of the sensor and sensor have been changed a few months ago due to a failure of the old support.

- Re-doing calibration sequence after a successful selftest the XYZ test did not worked : first point OK, but on the second one, the nozzle tip touched the bed at the end of the sequence and the I stopped as recommanded. I retry but same result.

Any suggestion ? Do I have to modify the position of the sensor ? However I would not understand why because once the nozzle tip is thightened, the delta Z ( difference of altitude) of the sensor and the tip are the same as previously no ?
