None 3D Printer E-Shop Processing Time for Orders
Hello All,
Of those that have experience ordering from the PR E-shop: [Edit: made text bold for better visibility.]
1. How long does it taken PR to normally process the (none 3D printer) order(s), as I cannot seem to find anything about their order-processing time? I have placed an order for some PEI and a nozzle and am curious how long it takes them process orders - days or weeks?
2. Does PR give priority to some order over others or is it first come first server?

Do you not need to buy from filaments.ca in Canada or do they now ship to Canada?
Usually takes a few days to get a response from anything. Then shipping is usually a few days. I expect there is some priority to large reseller but on average I would expect it is first come first serve basis.

Based on my experience (5 orders so far), it is usually sent next business day as long as ordered items are on stock.

I emailed them a few days ago and still not received a reply for an order I am wanting to place for spares that are not for sale on the shop. My experience of trying to get spares from Prusa is extremely poor aftersales spares support.
Parts from the shop however are usually pretty quick. A few days to process the order and a few days to post the order. UPS here in the UK are pretty crap so add a few more days while they try and figure out what a post code means 😕 😆

The majority of my orders have been shipped same or next day (depending on time of order. Two days shipping time via the rather excellent UPS service.
Ben, if you need unlisted spare parts, best to contact PR via "Live Chat" and talk to them very nicely.

I did that and they sorted it. Odd because Live chat told me to contact via email. You email and get nothing so end up going back to live chat. A very weird system 😕 Some lost sales also I expect for some.

I have placed my order of the "In Stock" items over the last weekend. Payed through PayPal. Payment showed up in my e-mail and on my credit card. Still no response/order confirmation/shipping confirmation. A wee-bit disappointed in the handling of my order, to be honest and I have order stuff from Honk Kong through Amazon and that got handled better.
So it looks like someone dropped the ball on this one.

i received my kit last Wednesday. It was shipped the Monday before that. I had ordered it Thursday, at ten past midnight (some might say Wednesday night)
Chat support said it was very busy and processing time was 2-3 days at the moment.
That's an ok delivery time, but it would be nice if this would be listed on their website.
Now I just have to finish assembly 🙂

What are your latest experiences with PR shop shipping times?
I ordered some spolls of fillament (all on stock according to the web site) and I'm waiting since 9th of September for them to ship!
Simmilar with last order in July.
Am I the only one, or is this usual now a days with prusa shop?
