No extrusion during print
Hello all, first post after i3 mk2 kit build. Was able to get everything working fine, getting a few sample prints that came on sd card built. I fine tuned my Z with the surface calibration file i found in forum. Went to build one file from thingverse which didnt go well. Now i cannot get any PLA to come out when printing anything. When i load the filament i get a perfect thickness of filament to come out. Any help would be much appreciated

If pre-done prints work fine, and the thingiverse thing doesn't the change is your slicer. (The ones on the card are already sliced, you need to slice the ones from thingiverse.)
What slicer are you using? At what settings? This will help us diagnose your issue.

Aaron thanks for reply. i am using the slic3r prusa edition and i did use it to slice for the thingverse print. However since that issue i have been only trying to pre sd prints til i resolve. I still get barely or no filament to extrude during tests. live z is set to about -390. That was best setting when printer was working before

Irrelevant. Things can change so you probably need to re-calibrate the Live Z. Back it off 200 microns or so and retry.

Extruder pulley was loose. Should have been one of first things i looked at but now i know. Prints great again
