New -i3 MK2. Calibration Message.. printer not calibrated
My school gave me funds for a 3d printer, after some research I bought this instead of a Makerbot. The school tech. boss wasn't happy with my decision but its for my classroom.
The first mk2 arrived around Christmas time in pieces from a shipping incident. I sent that back, and they sent me a new one, this one had a little broken plastic that i glued.
This is day#2 of this issue. Immediately upon powering up I get a message about printer not being calibrated yet, even though i bought it fully assembled and tested. I cant find the section in the manual that deals with this. I tried section 6.3.6 but i cant get the motors to move at all , so any help would be appreciated.
I am connected to the printer using Pronterface,

Did you contact support? I think they are online 24h.

Is there a chat support, I just sent them a message (email).
What is frustrating me is that there are no options on LCD screen. Turning the dial by screen gives me no options.
So that is my quandry!!
