Lost Z calibration
I have printed around 250m of PLA now and it have been working great! I have had a few calibrations along the way but now it seems its utter lost!
I simply cant make it calibrate now! Its as if the right faraway corner is higher than the left nearest corner.
I installed the new frameware and run the tests and everything checks out,
Anyi eader what I need to do?

Still problems. I adjust and adjust but It will never print right.
I am completely at a loss now, I rly hope someone got some advice on what to do next.

What firmware version are you running? What slicer are you using? What first layer height do you have set? What extruder & bed temps?
Do the pre-sliced GCode files supplied on the SD card print OK?
Care to post the STL and GCode on here?

I have been running the new firmware, I went back to the old that I know worked 100%
I am running 3.0.3 MK2 13a
I am using the v2 calibration & tried different gcodes with the same results
I am using Prusa3D Slic3r mk2
I am printing 1.75mm PLA and as they suggest I am not using anything on the heat-bed
I have been printing allot and have only had small calibration issues that was fixed by re-calibrating.
As you can see on the picture the print head & sensor "rips" the print up and I cant seem to get around thats making it do that.
I am using standard settings on everything.

If the probe is hitting the part, then it is too low and you have corrected for that with Z Live Adjust.
The probe should be about 0.75 to 1mm higher than the nozzle.
If you run the Settings/Auto Home, you should be able to easily slip a sheet of copy paper between nozzle and bed; The sensor should be at least 2 thicknesses of card from a cigarette box.
Once you have checked this, I would advise that you reinstall 3.0.6RC and run the Settings/X/Y Calibration routine. Then run the V2 Calibration gcode and all should be good.
Take your time, don't get frustrated and it will be good.

The nozzel & Probe is adjusted, I use a buiesness card where the probe is around 2x cards but it the rear is also flush with the pice of plastic it is supose to be flush with.
I will try and upate to 3.0.6 agen and see if it helps.
But what can make a printer lose its calibration this much?

ok so I updated the firmware, rand the x/y calibration and when I ran the v2 calibration print and wanted to live adjust z it did the same thing agen.
The left side is ok but the right side i squashed.

The print seems to have a hard time sticking and when I Z adjust it ether digs in to the old print or get to fare and dont stick. The printed surface is chubby and rough most of the time.
Any ieader what can cause this?

How can I determen if its a extrusion problem?
My live Z value is: -350
before the problem it was around the same

You will have to eliminate all possible reasons one by one.
Isn't the filament on spool tangled?
Does the filament spool rotate freely?
Is the filament path clear?
Are extruder pulley teeth clean?
Aren't extruder idler screws too tight or too loose?
Goes extruder motor without skipping steps while extruding?
When printing the same thing twice, are visible defects always on the same place?

Where is it the screws are located on the head?

Seems fine
When printing the same thing twice, are visible defects always on the same place?
There is not a pattern as such, but the head sometimes or at somepoint digs up the print. Even if I clean and apply glue to the bed. As seen in the pictures thats basicly what happens every time

As you can see here it seems the print is full of holes /uneven

From your picture it seems that the bed has not been degreased properly. A clean isopropyl alcohol works wonders. You may also try to lower the nozzle yet a bit, but I think IPA degreasing will be sufficient.

I found the sinner! I was using a Gel Alcohol solution and it seems it left something on the bed. After switching to a non gel alcohol it worked better.
I still have a few calibration issues but I think I can fix that in time.
