Looking for advice with Ninjaflex

I tried my first print today with Ninjaflex, and it didn't turn out well (surprise not). First of all, I could see on the first layer and second layer that the lines of filament were randomly pushing to the sides a bit during printing, resulting in a non-smooth surface. I thought this wasn't a big deal aside from having a crappy looking rough print, but a second problem occured: I was printing a 7mm high soda can lid, and instead I got a ~1mm high circle. Not sure what happened. Picture below.

Any ideas? I've double checked slic3r and it definitely shows the appropriate layers, so I can only imagine something is going wrong.

As far as my settings, I picked the SemiFlex/Flex options in slic3r and modified to be 20mm/s top speeds across everything under 'speed for print moves', 100mm/s travel, 15mm/s first layer speed, 1.2 extrusion multiplier, 220c first layer, 230c other layers, 50c bed, retraction length 0 (so it disables), nozzle diameter 0.4mm.

Is there anything I missed in the settings? What would have caused this??
