May seem like a dumb question, but since you did not mention it... Is the bed heating? If so, may be that the LED went bad or has a cold solder joint. If there is heat, it should not affect anything. But, I personally do like the feedback of the LED. I especially like it when I am monitoring remotely with octoprint.

Mine did the same. Have you checked the connector on the Rambo? Mine was fried so had to solder it to the back

its all pre wired from the factory you just plug it in. Prusa sent me another heat bed but its the same thing, everything works the bed heats up prints nice but no led. Maybe they have a bunch of bad leds from the supplier the bummer is the original prusa i3 mk2s is not cheap I hope we can get this sorted out

Re: Led on bed not working

I have noticed that some bed cables have been soldered incorrectly (red stripe on negative). One of my beds is like this. The Mk42 bed, having only a single LED needs to have correct polarity.

Other beds I have used have a pair of LEDs wired in opposite direction so one will always work.

There was also a instance reported here a while ago of the LED resistor being poorly soldered and not connected. But that was only one single instance.

Re: Led on bed not working

.... so simply turn around the polarity. it's only relevant for the led. its completely irrelevant for the heating.

dem inscheniör is' nix zu schwör...
