Re: Lead-screw specifications
During a deep check of my MK2S to fix my wobble issue, ...
Can you link to your post on your wobble issues? Lead screw having slight bit of skew causing tip to rotate axially off center (wobble?) is not a huge problem for print accuracy as X-location is provided by vertical linear rods and bearings. I'm not going into wobble as that isn't this thread's topic. But just quickly, you can adjust where the lead-screw points by moving the lead-screw nut within the slack of it's mounting screws. I've solved my z-axis-top rattle by this method. There should be nothing loose on your printer, ever. All moving parts should be tight but lubricated. 😉

Re: Lead-screw specifications
Has anyone tried the anti-backlash type lead screw nuts on the Z-axis?
Something like these:

Not sure they will fit the end brackets but thought I'd ask.

This supplier doesn't seem to have versions for trapezoidal threads, only ACME. Perhaps an EU supplier will?

8mm diameter, 8mm pitch, 4 threads

What does "4 threads" mean?

What does "4 threads" mean?
Rather than having a single thread of 2mm pitch, there are 4 threads running in parallel, each with an 8mm pitch. AKA four-start.
