Layer shifting back after tightening x axis belt

When I first got my factory assembled MK2S a couple weeks ago I was having problems with prints shifting on the X-Axis. After getting some help on the forum and refering to http://help.prusa3d.com/mk2-movement-calibration/layer-shifting-skipped-steps I was able to resolve the issue by tightening the X-Axis belt. However, after a couple weeks of good printing, the layer shift is back.

I checked the belt, and it didn't seem to have loosened up from when I last tightened it. However, after moving the X-Axis from the LCD menu, I was able to shift the X-Axis back and forth easily, but just a little bit each way using my hand. Is this normal, or should I not be able to move it at all without serious force?

I went ahead and tightened the belt again, and I was still able to move the X-Axis back and forth the same amount each way. Is something else going wrong here?

Here is a video of the X-Axis moving after locking it in position: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4zE6DJlyiHXYUJzeVZOYzJCajg

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Did you seat the screws on the right-hand side of the x axis that keep the rods from slopping back and forth?

The only screws I messed with were the ones on the X-Axis motor that I had to loosen so that the belt would loosen up in order to be able to adjust it. These screws are shown here in step 21: http://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/4.+Z-axis+assembly/106#_ga=2.49350562.526874512.1506727739-166650331.1503893465&_gac=1.153808330.1505774394.CjwKCAjw3f3NBRBPEiwAiiHxGBAhV0fy_fifKvKsfwzfyfQzOhx2SiFj8FlPVt5oSddkYQYGvKFKdxoCSLcQAvD_BwE

Are you referring to a different set of screws?

These. Being a factory assembled printer I would expect they did this, but never hurts to check.

So after working with support and adjusting the belt back and forth, and messing with those screws you mentioned I was able to get rid of the x axis shifting. However after about 14-20 hours of printing, the belt tension seems to have loosened and the shiting is back. Is it normal to have to adjust this so often?

I have not had to adjust mine for months of near continuous operation. I would look for something slipping or changing...
