Just destroyed my bed, how to order replacement?

Today has not been a great day. This is my first 3D printer, so please excuse my total lack of experience and my ignorance.

I built my i3 MK2S over the weekend and everything was fine this morning. I went through all of the calibration steps and my first test print (the 3D logo) looked absolutely fantastic! Way better than most 3D prints I've seen from friends.

That was all I could get out of the thing. After that, nothing but failed prints. I tried doing the Batman logo but it wouldn't even get started. Prints not sticking or even beginning to stick. I spent hours (literally 3 hours) going through the troubleshooting and recalibrating but I couldn't even get the V2Calibration to work. The last step I tried was redoing the XYZ calibration again. This is where I'm an idiot: After the first round of calibration points, I stepped away for 2 minutes to grab a drink. Came back to the printer gouging out the bed.

So, assuming I decide to stick with this hobby (so far, not looking good), I at least need to buy a replacement bed. I can't find that on the shop anywhere. The bed I have currently is a MK42. The only thing I see in the shop is a MK2B which looks totally different. Any ideas?

By default you are not shown replacement parts in the store. Connect to support via online chat and ask them to grant you access. Make sure to give them the order number. You'll have access within minutes.

Thanks! Got that taken care of and a replacement ordered. Hopefully I do a bit better with this one.
