Impossible to do the calibration after upgrading the firmware ! HELP

Hello at all,

I'm writing today, my first post because I do not know what to do ...

Here is my story :

  • When I received the printer, I had the 3.0.9 firmware in it. After mounting it, I done the all calibration and all was ok.

  • After several months, the prints began to be more and more unstable (the PLA no sticked correctly, the object was no longer straight) ...

  • So I tested lot of parameters in Slir3r software, but no really improvement.

  • After that, I seen on Prusa web site that the firmware 3.0.10 was released.

  • I uploaded the firmware 3.0.10 to the printer and I had redo a calibration XYZ. But at this moment, it failed and I almost lost the bed when the extruder began to do a hole to the bed.

  • At this time, I restarted the calibration with lot of attention but it failed a second time.

  • I discovered a way to do a factory reset (all parameters / eeprom are deleted).

  • After that, I restarted the calibration but it failed with another message, and I decided to change the height of the PINDA.

  • After that, I seen on the Pusa Web site a new firmware 3.0.11.

  • I uploaded the firmware, done a reset factory, and restarted the calibration.

  • I successed after 5 attempt.

  • I printed my work (after 2 weeks without success) but the result was not good because I had the impression that the calibration was not taken in account.

  • So I decided to see a new time the video of Prusa for the calibration of the printer. I respected strictly the alignment of PINDA.

  • And I done a factory reset and I restarted the calibration.

  • It failed 🙁

  • So I downgrade to 3.0.10, it failed

  • So I downgrade to 3.0.09, it failed

  • So I downgrade to 3.0.08, it failed

  • Same message "XYZ calibration failed. Please consult the manual.".
  • I do not know what to do ....

If someone can help me, thanks in advance ...

(If you need photo, video, don't hesitate).

    Best regards.
