I3 Mk2 Waits for User Input before print
Firmware Version: 3.0.12
Slic3r Version: Prusa 1.37.1
Filament: ABS by AMZ3D 1.75mm
When I print ABS (this does not happen with PLA, and these are the only two filaments I have used thus far) the i3 will start normally upon selecting the file from the SD. It will then go through the 9 point calibration as well as the clearing extrusion process as usual. Then it positions itself over the first point of part extrusion on the brim, and then it sits there. The interface shows no signs of looking for input. It displays the filename in progress. If I click the selector wheel twice, it resumes the print. The problem this creates is at the point where it freezes at the starting X,Y and 0.2mm on the Z, it creates a bulge of filament on the bed (where the nozzle drools a bit), which it runs into on subsequent passes.
I would say the strangest part of this phenomenon is that it occurs roughly 4 out of 5 prints. The other times it runs normally.
ABS is a tough material to print with the i3 Mk2 it seems. I would appreciate any links to helpful guides for setting up, as my ABS prints are very inconsistent. My first ABS print, which was a replacement X-end-itler printed beautifully with the Prusa normal settings, but other prints at the same settings have bumps on the sides. I will provide pictures when I retrieve my phone.

Failed extruder_body There was some lift in the corner where the PINDA probe mount is. This is after 7 hours https://imgur.com/xooY5f9
Detail of lift point. I prepped the surface with IPA, as instructed in the print guide https://imgur.com/xooY5f9
Bumps on the z-axis sides https://imgur.com/ew8WQAE
EDIT: Image urls added because it seems this forum isn't friendly with Imgur

Images of good ABS print for reference. This uses the Prusa recommended settings for ABS, the same as the failed prints.
