I still didn't get a payment confirmation, is it normal?
I sent the money via swift 10 days ago, and I still did not get any comfirmation. Ask them this, but they said, give us +-3 days. Did this happend to you too?

no, that's not normal. not if you are located inside the eu.
what's your origin ?
sometimes there are problems with oversea banks or banks in sanctionized countries.
so the first thing I would do is to complain at my bank.

I am from Turkey. I got a message from my bank saying swift transfer is performed. The bank is not a small bank to be honest, but I don't know.

When I purchased my first printer from PR, I too paid by bank transfer. It took 7 days for PR to receive confirmation of funds transfer and the money only had to go 600Km!

Weird. Well, I will wait until tuesday, since banks are not open weekends. Then If they still don't comfirm, I will start digging the reason behind it.
