huge obstruction on extruder - [HELP]

Hello!

Please i need help as soon as possible. I woke up this morning after i sent to print 6 fidget spinners (all at once in one print) in the night. The printer Instead of printing the spinners it printed this giant mass of melted filament [PLA] arround the carriage, i really dont know what to do next.
If i preheat the extruder i see the temp rise but for long that i wait, the block can't be removed by hand, i neither want to do much force because all the wiring its under the material and i dont want to break anything.
i'm thinking in disassemble the most that i can an then try heating the extruder again, or if i get to remove the complete extruder maybe i can carefully cut pieces of the mass and then boil or fry (becasue de higher temps the oil can reach) but i wonder if by doing that way i can damage the thermistor or the heater.
Please, i dont even know how could this happened, i asume that the print doesnt get sticked to the bed properly and well everething just go worse, but for now my priority is to repair the issue and then research the reason.
sorry for my english.

I use an hot air gun. It works for me. You can also heat up the hotend to the filament temp + 5 degrees and remove the lump of plastic carefully. It usually comes away in a big lump.
