HOWTO: Cura 2.3 with MK2 settings on Ubuntu

Hello all,

Because it was a little bit irritating for me to figure out, I would like to offer instructions for how to install Cura with MK2 settings. This is done using 16.04. These instructions will likely become obsolete when Thopiekar updates his package to include the MK2 settings file.

1. Add Thopiekar's Cura PPA and install PPA
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:thopiekar/cura
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install cura

2. Download Cura .deb package from website: https://ultimaker.com/en/products/cura-software

3. Uncompress and move MK2 .json file

ar vx Cura-2.3.0-Linux.deb
tar zxvf data.tar.gz
sudo cp opt/cura/share/cura/resources/definitions/prusa_i3_mk2.def.json /usr/share/cura/resources/definitions/

Now you should see the MK2 printer available.
