Best method is online chat.

Oh they answer chat right a way. Then ask you to do some trouble shooting. Send a few pictures. Then wait for an e-mail if they will cover it or not. Then when you reply back to that email they stop responding.
Well at least that's what happened with me and my bed thermistor. As of now my printer is a paper weight. Been waiting for a second reply for over a week. Wish you the best.

Just a follow up to to my post above.
Shortly after posting my response above I received an email stating that they will cover and send out my thermistor in the next few days. Guess they have been swamped with Issues from the multi material and Mk3.
