Move the Z-frame a bit to the front, then it should reach the front-left calibration point. I had the same issue, but it's easily fixed. I'm quite a bit over the 100mm from the build instructions...
Also make sure that the washer on the rods for the Z-frame are in place, and that the Z-frame is really really tightened down (but don't overdo it, of course). You should not be able to wiggle the Z-frame back and forth.
