Heated bed with mk2

My printer just got done with a 9 hour print and I went to preheat it for another and the bed wont heat anymore. The light on the bed barely comes on for a nano second then stops. I checked all the connectors and reseated the cables and it still has the same issue. I hooked up a volt meter to my Rambo board and am only getting 2V output at the heated bed connector. Still getting 12V for the extruder connector. What can I do to fix this?

The issue was with the power supply connectors on the board. Bed is heating now.

It looks like one of the pins is drawing too much current from the power supply on the Rambo board. The connector is melted a bit and the cable is blackened on the back side.

Justin

Which connector is burned? The connector from the PSU or to the bed heater?

Usually this is caused by lack of cable tie on the cable's entry to the RAMBo case or the plug not being fully homed on assembly, but see my post here: http://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/prusa-i3-kit-building-calibrating-first-print-main-f6/mk1-bed-connector-issue-t1250.html#p9400
