Mine too! As I bought my MK2S used, I asked Support for a name for the burned out connector thinking I could buy at a local electronics shop/online. They gave me this: "REP-HTB-CON". Googling it turns up nothing relevant. Does this term mean anything to any one?

I'va had a similar issue, very surprised the European connector molex 3953X is not easier to find.

Here is a link to the connector: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Molex/39530-0002?qs=%2fha2pyFadugh%2fwfNTmoIRtGPXL5gHfezF4X5TeT%252b%2fac%3d

Here is a link to source from a different distributor: https://www.molex.com/molex/orders/buydistrib.jsp

Here is a link on the connector specifications https://www.molex.com/pdm_docs/ps/PS-39500-001-001.pdf

I hope the sloppy cable management gets updated sooner then later.

Hi,

After the bed connection has burnt, i change it, but it burnt again, i soldered.

Few days, again, the burning smell came again. This time is the same molex type, but one coming from the power supply...

I'm lucky i was always there when it started burning so i could stop early...

I just had the SAME fail on my Mk2s, Ive had to repair broken Wires a few times to the Heated bed also where its bending has Snapped it in spots, guess this is a good time to Upgrade the Wires to a more flexible silicone version (Make sure to have same Gauge or Higher if doing this ! ) with a Chain, BUT where do I get this PLUG end that Connnects to Rambo Board ?

If we knew where you were it would be easier to point you at a source. rs-online come to mind as do Farnell, Digikey. Mouser links are given in an earlier post on this thread - you are looking for MOLEX connector.

I have one of these too now! Printbed temps were getting flaky over last few days. Today no heating at all. Upon inspection of connectors, I found this...

Fix mine by soldering to the underside of the board. Added an XT60 connector to make future service easier. Used high strand 14g silicone jacketed wire.

Hello! Created an account to chime in and say that I had the exact same issue with the burnt out connector on my MakerGear M2 this week (which I gather is based on the same Rambo as the Prussa. Fixed the issue in an evening by un-soldering the Molex connector (careful not to lift the pads!), cleaning up the pads, soldering a new connector on. Works beautifully now.
