Heatbed thread

Hi!

I got my MK2 a while back and it worked great. Then two weeks ago I decided to tighten my Y-belt. At the time I thought it would be easier to tighten the belt by taking the heatbead off the Y-carriage, however, after trying to screw my heatbead back into the Ycarrage, the rear-right heat bead screw adapter stripped. I can now no longer tighten the rear-right heat bed screw, and while this screw is loose, my heat bead vibrates enough to fail all of my prints.

Can you guys help me figure out how to replace the screw nut adapter connected to the heat bed? Where can I buy one of these? See figure below that points at what I'm trying to describe

Thanks,
Marat
