Head Digging into the bed on the 3rd or 4th point

I'm experiencing a new challenge with my Prusa i3 mk2.
I cannot get it to calibrate.
I've posted a video of it here.

The first two points are fine. Then it presses down on the bed very hard.
It also hits the 4th point hard enough to mark the plate.

Following the instructions on the website I have updated the firmware but cannot get past the calibration or Mesh Bed Leveling.
I start with the x axis all the way up on both sides but still have the problem.

I have searched the forums but cannot find a problem that matches.
It was working fine until a few days ago.

How do I fix it?
Advice is welcome

It looks to me like you have a bad XYZ cal. Try doing that again. (Not a mesh level as you show in the video - it does that at the beginning of each print - but the XYZ Calibration.) Or you have something very non-perpedicular in you assembly (could not see from video.

If that does not help, please comment back here and we can see what we can figure out.

Whats that sound at the 9 second mark? Sounds like something skipped. And I would do the Z axis calibration. If your right Z got out of sync it could be lower on one side.
